We recognise that every client is unique; and each has specific processes that are unique to the organisation’s operations; therefore we customise our services to meet the customers’ needs.

Municipalities and state-owned enterprises have increasingly  introduced Contract Participation Goals (CPGs), which are mandatory requirements in their tender documents that established contractors are expected to sub-contract to local emerging companies. As a result, large contractors need to develop mechanisms to manage these small contractors and transfer skills.

Tanguliza  provides peace of mind for the principal contractor by providing sub-contractor management services on behalf of  the principal contractor, and ensuring that sub-contractors produce quality work timeously and within budget.

Tanguliza manages local sub-contractors on their  behalf and mitigates the risks associated with working with inexperienced contractors in communities.

2. Tanguliza is registered with NHBRC.
3. Tanguliza is also involved in building construction, repair and maintenance.

2. Tanguliza is registered with the Electrical Contractors Board (ECB).
3. Services offered include:
   1. Electrical installations in buildings;
   2. Electrical reticulations within a plot of land or building site;
   3. Standby plant and uninterrupted power supply; and
   4. Verification and certification of electrical installations on premises.

Tanguliza Services is also an Energy Services Company (ESCO) registered with Eskom’s Demand Side Management (DSM) division for the investigation, planning, implementation and monitoring of energy efficiency and load-management projects.

Tanguliza’s involvement in DSM includes:

1. Identification of opportunities for optimising energy utilisation in commercial buildings as well as industrial and residential sectors;
2. Marketing of opportunities, especially potential savings to the client;
3. Conducting energy audits to determine the feasibility of each project; and
4. Implementation of the proposed solution and provision of project management services.

Tanguliza Projects has been involved in Eskom Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) Distribution Projects; and has Project Managed and Executed over  ± 1 500 000 (CFL’s) on behalf of Eskom in various areas within the Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Northwest provinces.Furthermore, Tanguliza has been involved since Eskom’s-Launched Residential Mass Roll-out (RMR) programme to stimulate bulk replacement of inefficient lighting with Compact Florescent Lamps (CFL’s) and LED lamps; implementation of Energy Saving Technologies and Load Control devices (geyser timers) in the residential sector.Tanguliza Projects has been involved in Eskom Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) Distribution Projects; and has Project Managed and Executed over  ± 1 500 000 (CFL’s) on behalf of Eskom in various areas within the Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Northwest provinces.

Tanguliza is a Fuel Wholesale supplier. Tanguliza supplies fuel to established contractors for their projects (plant). Fuel is a high spend item for established contractors, and requires innovative management systems. We provide a Just In Time (JIT) refuelling system, by monitoring fuel levels on behalf of the client and refuelling Just in time; thus taking the pain of managing fuel from the client.

The client benefits by receiving regular updates about their fuel levels, and notification for refuelling.

We offer a comprehensive plant hire service, providing machinery such as excavators, bobcat and tip trucks for the construction and road building industries. All plant is supplied with experienced capable operators, who are dedicated to providing reliable and cost-effective earthworks solutions.  We always take safety as a priority.
